Q: Why should we buy from you?

A: We do not have the high commissions to pay and we do not pay hign commissions so the price is usually less.

Q: How can you rent or lease to me cheaper than the rest?

A: We do not guarantee the lowest rate but we get our loans and money at great rates so we can pass the saving on to you.

Q: What if I have less than perfect credit or no credit at all, can you help me?

A: We can help almost anyone. If you have never had a house but have a job, We can help.
Go to our website goodhouses.org and put in what you want and what you are willing to pay. Good credit or ugly credit we can usually find a deal for you.

Q: If I want to sell you my old house will you buy it?

A: We can make you an offer and if you accept we can usually close in ten days or less. If you are in foreclosure we can buy you house before it forecloses. We can have the money in your hands sometimes the same day. If you prefer we can wait ninety days or more time to allow you to move and find another location

Q: What if I find a house but can not get the financing or terms I need, can you help me get the house.

A: This is a great idea! You find the house. We can usually put you in the home for less money than if you try a traditional mortgage company or bank financing.

Q: I just got out of school and have never owned anything but a car. Can you help me establish credit and put me in a home?

A: We can find you a starter home or a mansion. We have access to houses through all the conventional ways. Many people call us every month before they call a real estate company to sell us their house without all the paperwork hassles and those that want to move out soon. It does not always take months to sell a home with our system. It takes only days in many cases. We will make you an offer the same day you call if you need out in a hurry.

Q: Three of us want a house to lease, can you help us?

A: If you want a College neighborhood or just a quiet subdivision for the three of you, I am certain we can find something you can afford.

Q: I can do some of the work do you sell house that need fixing up for less than full price?

A: Yes we do. We sell to investors, do it yourselfers, construction workers, and have homes for just about anyone in any stage of remodeling.
